I am making a casserole in the PC tonight.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

From here http://www.bestrecipes.com.au/forums/showpost.php?p=300295&postcount=2953

P.S....I doubled the chicken, marinade & lemon sauce quantities....but I found there was probably more sauce than needed.....that is unless your mob will drown the rice in it  ;)
*** I didn't use the amount of oil suggested, just shallow fried in rice bran oil.

Well, it could be...but the lemons on our tree are reeeealy tart!  so not too sweet for the lemons I used.
I would suggest though to add less sugar and taste first, then decide if it needed more  ;)
