Yum Judy and ES.
DH asked for beef and Guinness pies MF. Told him too hot, maybe in winter. Better not tell him you are making them ;)

Not sure about chocolate. Am happy but not doing cartwheels just yet. Used agave as sweetener and it makes a strong tasting dark chocolate. Reminds me of bought dark choc. Maybe a good baking chocolate.

So...today I used quirky Jo's almost raw chocolate recipe which uses rapadura. Must say very impressed. Not as smooth as yesterday's batch but a milder chocky taste. A better eating chocolate indeed.

Not much cooking of late. Today was creamy cashew mayo and a sausage pot in the Flavour Savour. Still can't decide if I like it or not ???

I was stressed today so into the kitchen I went...
Made Bill Granger's cinnamon scrolls (thanks JulieO)

Rara's pancake mix
apricot balls (nut free)
magic bean cake
and for dinner Gozemele (sp?) with lamb and made a vegetarian version using mushrooms and spinach.
These were a winner in our house! Yay!
Kids wanted bacon and cheese version for lunch.

I could have kept on cooking......

Rara x
