My DD's made her first Jaime's 15 minute meal today. Only took her 1 hour 15 but she is a perfectionist!!

Jaime's Moroccan fish

I will ask her what fish. She is very impressed and said it was fantastic.

Update on the fish. It was saddleback snapper. Stayed firm. Dd said the meal took less then 15 minutes to cook but it too her forever to deseed the pomegranate as she watched a You tube VDO that said to soak it. Didn't work. I pointed her to the You Tube VDO about whacking it for next time. Also said the flavours were perfect and her DH wants her to make it for a dinner party.

It looks extremely edible.

Courton it was really good. Make a good after Christmas dish using leftover ham. The yogurt made it a very light meal unlike cream which you would usually use in carbonara. I had a small portion. DH ate most of all that with enough left for his breakfast on toast. I would make it again as it really  took only minutes to make once the pasta is cooked.

I want this book ;D

I was watching a Jamie Christmas show the other night (probably an old one as his daughter was only a baby)  but he doesn't appear to have put out a Christmas recipe book. I loved his Turkey Wellington recipe and have managed to find that on the net but I'd love a Chrissy book of his. Does anyone know if he has one?

I haven't seen a Jamie Christmas Book Judy.I heard him on the radio on Friday evening talking about preparing for Christmas lunch. He was very funny and made me laugh. He did briefly say he will be on TV again in the New Year but didn't say what he would be doing.
