Introduce Yourself / Finally have my Thermie

Hi Everyone
I have finally got a Thermomix! Whooohooo!
It is only second hand from a friend but who cares. I have been reading a lot of topics and recipes on this forum for the last year or so and also visiting other websites like Quirky Cooking and getting lots of ideas and tips.
Its wonderful reading about so many healthy and organic foods to buy and cook. Some I have never heard of.
I am still a bit 'precious' when using the Thermomix but hope to get more used to it as I go along.
I have already made strawberry jam, Mayonnaise (I still can't believe I did this), brownies and scones, all in one afternoon.
Just wondering if I can contact any consultant in Bayside Melbourne to maybe attend a class.
Everyone's advice on this forum is invaluable! Thanks.
Anna.
