Why did you choose your forum name plus photos of our kitchens
« on: September 30, 2011, 01:34:10 pm »
I have often wondered what the significance is of some of the forum names.  Would you like to share your reasons with the rest of us.  I know some of them but there are so many interesting choices out there.

I was very green when it came to forums and didn't use much imagination with mine  :D  Judith Dawn became Judydawn but I do like being called JD or Judy (always hated my middle name so I have no idea why I included that).

Thank you fundj, your name was what triggered this idea  :D :D  I thought you must be Asian until tonight I found out you were Italian.

and I was not at all creative - used the code that education Qld uses to allow us access - first 4 letters of surname (johnson and beginning 2 letters of christian name = johnro with 98 attached so as of Monday I am johnro98 for the majority of computer access unlike hols. Those ppl who only have a 3 letter surname have z attached - eg Rudoph Law would be lawzru. BTW Fundj lovely to see your smiling face!!!  :)  :)

her name is 'nazar' she was our first pet we got together
she is so much loved and was like our first child
she  turns 15 in dec and we feel very blessed to have her so long
she is very heathy not overweight  she has no pain which is great

Oh JD thankyou!! I have often thought about this as a thread idea, but kind of thought it would have already been on here somewhere (let's face it, most things are on here somewhere!!)

And I have wondered about Fundj particularly, so thanks for sorting that one out for me.  I had assumed that Fundj was the moniker of someone who's initials were DJ , so fun DJ, get it?  But now I find out that it's much more clever than that!

And Frozzie, I have to tell you that I had been reading your posts for a long time before one day it suddenly clicked that your name was a blend of "French" and "Ozzie"  :-)) :-)) Sometimes, I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed!!

My own name cames from my family nickname.  My brother couldn't say Lesley so called me Lelly and I put on the J which is my middle initial from Jane because often 5 characters isn't enough for passwords/usernames.  My dad used to elaborate on Lelly and call me Lovely Lelly and Lelly Legs . . . so maybe I should have gone with one of those!!

Nazar we too have the most wonderful golden lab who turns 11 at the end of Oct, she too does not consider herself of the canine species.  :)  :)  Thank you to all whose forum name needed clarification - Froz sorry I needed no explanation for your very appropriate name. xx

Aussie will remember the yellow pages( telephone directory) tv add where a business missed the deadline to place their ad and the boss shouting out the window at the fleeing responsible employee " not happy Jan".  My DH caught up the catch phrase for whenever I was unhappy about something. When I got my TMX I was soooo happy I changed it to Very Happy Jan.
