I do remember those photos Amy. You were getting chilly feet due to a hole in the floor.

You won't know yourself wheh it's all done.  :)

I'm so excited, we will have heaps more room so I might be able to buy some extra kitchen gadgets... ;D

Well I still have the $200 voucher my mum bought me for House... so I just figured kitchen gadgets would be the most appropriate things to buy! :D :D :D
Mum has already promised me a Thermomix of my own as my leaving home present ;D So yes, I'll be very well equipped!

Wow, that's some incentive to leave home. LOL, almost as if mum wants to get rid of you. Although I'm sure that is not the case. You are such the Domestic Goddess. I would give you a TMX to stay.  :D

Amy it seems as though you do all the cooking at home ,does your Mum know how to use the Thermomix, you might find that DM & SD come around to your place every night for dinner, I would if I was your DM .

I do a large majority of the cooking Brenda :D Mum does know how to use the Thermie, but she doesn't use it often. I wouldn't mind if she and SD came over to my place for dinner when I move out, but I guess it depends where I move to! ;D ;D

So exciting  having a new kitchen to look forward to Amy  :D

I wish mine was bigger. It's fine but with the crowds that I cook for often I need more space  ;)

I'm not sure that any household kitchen would be big enough to cook for your entire family! ;D

Will be lovely for you Amy.  :)
You do so much cooking already so where will you find the time to do more?   ;D ;D ;D
On a serious note it will make your cooking more enjoyable and give you the incentive to try new dishes.
Very exciting  :)
