Ouch, that sounds painful, Robyn.  Take it easy and allow yourself time to recover before you start doing anything strenuous.

Take care Robyn. Thank goodness for freezers.

Cool and showery here. Not a lot of rain.

Gosh how did you do that Robyn?  You must have a good chiropractor.

Blimey Robyn I hope you feel better soon.

A horrible very wet cold rainy day here today. I had to walk Chance on both his walks today seeing DH was out all day. Oh course both Chance and I got very wet twice.🙄

Obbie, hope you are feeling better.  Sounds very painful.
Ral has had another slight increase in his platelets. 169 now.  The normal range is 150 to 450. We are delighted.  Must be the new pills.
CC, your weather sounds very much like ours.  Today 11 max with rain.

Good to see that Ral's platelets are climbing higher.  Will he stay on this drug for an indefinite period now, or is it a short term treatment ... if it is making that much difference, I would be voting for indefinite.

Hi all, Good news about Ral.  ;)

I am feeling better, alot less pain, going back again to chiro today. Just my shoulder needs fixing now.
Found a great curry in freezer last night, and a lamb dish for tonight, then I'll be good again. :)

Trying to eat down the big freezer, will slow cook a couple of roasts tommorow, as we have a whole beef ready to pick up again.

Not sure about Rals  drugs.  The next blood test will be the interesting one as there will be no residual effect of the infusion.

I hope it is the new drug helping Ral, then the platelet increase may be permanent. It is wonderful news.

Only a little rain here today, it is slowly fining up.
