Hello, we're a happy couple having fun with our Thermomix, or T-mix how we call it. We have lived in the USA, SouthAmerica, Spain and now in Denmark. So we have a variety of flavors. We're happy to finally join this forum. It seems great.

Great to see you here -hope we can help you and use your enthusiasm.

Great to have the Spaniard for interpretation of many of those recipes from Espana.
