JuileO. Do not ever leave this forum.

Okay Gert, I won't  ;D

Julieeeeee, can I come live at your house? That looks soooooooo yummmmmmmy :D :D :D

And your photography is amazing :o But how on Earth does a meal that delicious-looking stay on the plate long enough for a photo???

We have a spare room now so you are welcome.  ;D You wouldn't believe how quickly I take a photo, 2 mins tops before I'm sitting down to eat.  ;D

I agree with Gert. Don't every leave this forum JulieO and keep on posting photos - love them.

That dinner looks really yummy.

I am trying to increase the amount of veges in our meals lately so tonight we had vegetable quinoa pilaf. I made the quinoa in the TMX and it was so much tastier using vege stock to steam. The meal was actually a lot tastier than I thought so will make again - yay for eating healthier and still tasting good  :D

Well we had hard boiled eggs and Thermy salad for lunch with yesterday's ISI,s everyday bread left over.
DH asked for less apple in salad.

For dinner we had roasted mini potatoes with garlic, home made chicken nuggets ( chicken breast, rolled in egg and breadcrumbs. Used thenthermy demo crumbs from freezer), red cabbage, carrots. Leftover rhubarb crumlble with my custard sauce from the desert forum.

Am nice and full now but was very hungry, been outside working in garden all afternoon. We are making a new garden, it is very slow as seems to just me doing it. It will be a cottage garden.

I put in a few perennials today and some annuals. Antirhinums and stocks, and some thing small and blue to fill the gaps but I don't know the name. It was not lobelia..

Wow, no wonder your plate was full Hally! And no wonder your tummy is now too :-)) Sounds very yummy though :D

I cooked up farfallina's turkey with mushrooms. Only did half the amount of turkey, added a good dose of garlic to scare away these colds, and also added some turmeric and cumin. Was DELICIOUS :D Served with little cabbages.

I made the beef vindaloo from the Indian book but cooked in the pressure cooker and a rice pilaf in the PC. One of thebest curries I've ever made.

We had squid and salad. DH and a friend caught 20 squid last night so we cleaned one of the large ones and cut it up and gave it a very quick cook in a hot frying pan. ever so sweet.

Coleslaw for babies...... Turned up Thermy too high!
Tasted ok... But won't do that again!

Too busy gardening to pay much attention to kitchen. Never did any baking either. Now off to tackle ironing!
