If you like it Gretchen, it's yours.  We don't need it.

Have you ever had a jar almost full of anchovies that went dry with old age and you had to throw them out - a very small jar of dried anchovies with perhaps 2 missing?  No?  Well, guess who did  ;D ;D

Did you give them mouth to mouth?

I'll have to think of something else. I know you like a sweetish wine,. Is,it Moscoto?

That would never happen around my house. I open a jar and use one or two for a recipe then proceed to eat the rest. I love anchovies.

I only buy them in big jars. I have to have no less than a kilo in the house. I use them  a lotin cooking.

I don't think I've ever had anchovies. Are they the fishy things? ???

So it  is Moscato!  I wonder if they produce that in the Margaret River.

Yes Amy, they put them on some pizzas - haven't you seen them where you work.  I don't mind a few in a sauce as long as they are mushed up and I can't see them but I could never eat them like Gretchen and others do.

We will have fun at the wineries Gretchen, let's just see what they have down there.

They do use them where I work Judy, but I haven't handled them yet and I don't actually know which things they are. There are a few containers of things in oil, so I guess one of them would be anchovies :-))

I never used to like them on pizza's but in small doses I have become used to them, and now actually like them. In the WW PC book for Osso Bucco this is the secret ingredient. I think this recipe alone helped me like them. I now order them in pizzas! Don't think I will ever be brave enough to eat them straight from the jar tho like the big bad wolf.
