My mum died 10 years ago and I took it for granted and not having the recipes...  Would be fun to experiment.

Well... after our chats I just want to make sure that for this recipe you should use dried rosemary, not a fresh one  ;)

Dear Farfallina,  Can you kindly explain why dried is so much better than fresh in this recipe?  I am sorry if I am asking an ignorant question.

cecilia, it is not ignorant at all !
well let me explain
in the recipe i had it was written "dried"
there was a moment in the forum that we were talking about stealing rosemary so i just wanted to make sure that the recipe stated to use dried one
Using fresh rosemary instead of dried one? well it could be done I suppose
However I personally prefer dried rosemary for this one. I like the recipe as it is. It recalls me something I had when i was small I guess... nostalgia maybe ;)

Thank you so much, Farfallina.  I will read the recipe and do as you say.
