Failsafe carob balls

140g butter or butter substitute
30g weet-bix (approx 2 weet-bix)
20g carob powder
170g plain flour
125g brown sugar

Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Place butter or substitute in TM bowl and melt for 2 minutes at 60°C on speed 4
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 30 seconds on speed 5
Scrape down the sides of the bowl
Mix on speed 3-4 for a further 30 seconds or until all the ingredients are combined
Roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls and place on baking tray
Bake for 15 minutes in pre-heated oven
Allow to cool

Just made these again, and used a melon baller to get it into balls.  Just squash it into the melon baller, then tap it onto the side of the TM bowl or your hand or the tray.  The balls are actually half balls as they are flat on one side.  This makes more balls than doing it by hand and is less messy.
