Just made half quantity of this recipe using cooked chicken, roasted red capsicum and some Macadamia Nut Satay Sauce I was given for Christmas - it is delicious and my window cleaner was anxious to try it before he left.  He was asking a lot of questions about the Thermomix and took a photo of it to show his wife.  The price scared him a bit but he loved the risotto and hearing of all the things it can do.
