I made this a few days ago for DH.  First time I've made a GF recipe and I was really pleased with how it turned out. This was made as a dinner not breakfast.

The pesto was perfect on this as it was a great flavour boost and I have half left so I'm going to make it again in the coming days but will use the normal pizza toppings to see how that goes.
DH had half per night with salad and I had a slim slice to try it.

Sausages, mashed potatoes and green peas.  Maybe with bread rolls as we all like a sausage in a Chookie bread roll.

Roast beef last night with the usual veg.  The beef was a piece left over from Christmas.
KFC chicken from Coles tonight.  No idea what it will be like.
