RTE family pie filling as a casserole for the men.  Pumpkin Tart from cookidoo for me.  Mashed potatoes & RTE cabbage, bacon & noodles without the noodles.

Mag, you always have interesting combinations.
Salmon again.  Grilled and then mixed through a creamy sauce, based on cauliflower. Over Zucchini noodles. Trying to eat more veggies.

We had a sort of fried rice with cold smoked salmon and a 3 egg omelette stirred through.

I’ve made a small beef stew in the mini SC. Added lots of veggies. Probably 3 meals. Just a kiwi fruit for sweets.
