Bad, bad Maddy  ;D  ;D  - what is the use in unsubscribing from sites when a particular forum member reminds us what we are missing!!!!!!!
BTW - I was not able to press the unsubscribe on the POK email - it will be great visiting the store in a few weeks while with DD in Sydney!!!!!!!

WOW, Maddy - how do you keep so slim with all those cup cakes around you!!!  Gorgeous photo, by the way, very evocative.

I nearly said something about "photoshopping pictures" but decided I would stick with slim and keep my fingers crossed (sorry if it was confusing, my comment was a bit 'tongue in cheek' and referring to the image in Maddy's post)!

Evidently, my TMX was my Father's Day present (from Teeny and Josie, the Pomeranians, DS and DD).  Interestingly, Ed got a gigantic new television on Saturday afternoon as HIS Father's Day present.  Since I like to watch a little television, I can hardly stop him from TMXing now, can I??

Brought myself a large solid old school art table from the secondhand shop to use as a work bench for my framing workshop.
After a few hours pulling out staples, scrapping off paint, sanding, attaching castors (For extra hight and ease of movement) and staining I now have a very sturdy large table that looks to good to use as a work bench.  ;D

well I'm a bit slow off the mark, but I bought a pizza maker yesterday from Matchbox. It was the black Multi-function one (normally $180) but down to $140. C*les has some nice wine and drinking glasses out for $15 for a set of 4 so I bought some tumblers, red wine, and champagne flutes, and a set of steak knives for $6 - bargain!

I'm thinking about the food vac and have been looking into the Sunbeam Foodsaver, and waiting to hear more feedback from those who bought the other brand. The drawback about the Sunbeam is the cost of the bags. Then I have to think about whether I am REALLY going to use this often (you girls are a very bad influence)

Does anyone know of any good/reasonable sites for table linen?  I have been looking for a nice new tablecloth and can't find any decent sites.

Ooh, so glad you were pleased with it Chelsea.  Hard to know what someone else likes but it wouldn't be hard for me to pick some from that site myself.
