Chicken Pot Pie from RTE.  Getting ready for  BIL and SIL who are arriving on Thursday from Tassie.  Haven't seen them for at least 15 years.

Mab, that is exciting .  Don’t over do it.
Have been checking out Myfitnesspal recipes. Love anything that is calorie counted.

Yesterday I made a carrot and ginger cake, with cream cheese frosting.
Also, apricot and ginger jam.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

We have Apples by the hundreds.  Made 2 Apple Cake Tarts, 3x recipes of RTE Moist Apple Muffins.

I cooked my Boiled Fruit Cake this morning and then made a batch of biscuits that are similar to Anzacs.  Now have some silverside on in the SC, cooked in ginger beer.
