These are called Spice Temple Lamb pancakes.
300 g lamb mince made 5.  Ok but fiddly to make so won’t bother again.

Some things are just not worth the effort Chookie, we all make some things once then not again.

I made a Mango and Yoghurt cake this afternoon. It was very easy. The lovely man over the road brought us 5 mangoes from his tree. He doesn't speak a lot of English but we all wave to each other. If it's nice I will pop the recipe up.

Made KFC with chicken breast fillets and lots of steamed veggies.
The Vegetarian Lasagna from RTE, made a massive amount.  12 generous serves.   I gave most to DD who loved lt.
I’ve still got some ricotta so will make some Spinach and ricotta triangles.
Still got lots of Apples.

I made  a Classic loaf and and a plain white SD with no seeds, no oat bran or anything else. I have the dreaded colonoscopy coming up next week so I'd rather eat nice bread, but it had to be white.

Yuk, same here.  But first time I have been given instructions for a white diet.

DS had a colonoscopy yesterday as well.  Must be the season :) :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I have a white diet tomorrow and then the poison the next day. This guy lets you drink cool drink. Last time I had several different flavours going and the day seemed easier. This time I have lime, kola beer, lemonade, orange and passiona. I found it easier being permitted those.
