They look classy compared to some of them Gert. I have 2 thermo servers and doubt if I would use anymore. However I do like those.

I had a look the black has sold out but the cream is still available. Very reasonably priced and free postage within Australia. Thanks for posting Gert.

Not really shopping but I was gifted a Philips pasta machine today. I was visiting mum today in the retirement village and her neighbours bought the pasta maker for their DIL and she didn't want it. They gave it to me. I offered to pay for it but they wouldn't accept any money and said "just glad it will be used". (so I WILL use it)
I did get to look at their shopping spree though - an absolute cracker of a motor home. It is like a luxurious apartment. Leather lounges, granite top kitchen benches. They have to store it off site as there isn't enough space at the village. Our tiny camper trailer looks like the pimple on their pumpkin.  ;D

Lucky you Michele and what a very generous gift you have been given.  With all that you've given away over the years I guess karma was at work here.  Enjoy your new pasta machine, everyone that has one seems to love it.

How lovely Mich. I'm sure you will enjoy the pasta maker. It is so easy to throw some Vegies together and make lots of lovely sauces to go with the pasta.
Imagine if they had offered you the Motor Home instead!  Even though our caravan is 18 feet long and dual axle we often feel small and insignificant when we travel with some of the expensive rigs around. I'm sure we all have the same amount of fun.

Great gift Mich! I love mine.
Thanks for the link Gertrude,  I've passed the info on to some friends.
I bought TRTLMT lunches ebook and Skinnymixers healthy ebook too :) they both have recipes I think I will use. I must admit I am liking ebooks and little cookbooks more and more, they are usually very well priced and I often have a copy stored on my phone so I know what ingredients to buy when I'm out and about.

I've bought the TRTLMT lunchbox book, but after viewing the ebook, I'm a little disappointed that there's no clear index, and the recipes are all over the place, interspersed with ads. I think I'd like a proper index page, then just the recipes, followed by the ads. I don't mind the ads, but it clutters it up when you're trying to find the recipe you want. I also noticed that many of them were similar recipes to the free Back to School ebook offered on the website, I hoped they would be substantially different.

Still, I'm glad to be financially supporting her work.

I'm off to download the free version now :)
I also bought the print copy, it might make navigation a bit easier :)

Gosh it's a nice to see some of our 'old' members pop in and say hello.  First Thermomixer and now you Maddy.  No-one is ever going to stop you from shopping LOL.  2 things, how's the candle business going and were you all OK with that flooding this week?
