KAtie, I also bought some of the Aldi beef fillet.  It is best either roasted, as you did ,or sliced thin and quickly grilled.  It is the tail  end of a full fillet.  That is how they can sell it so cheap.
Last night I cooked RTE chicken legs with honey mustard sauce.  Good flavour but needed another 10 minutes in oven.
Tonight lamb rump steaks.  Will bash with meat mallet then quick grill.

Bangers and mash for us.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

RTE curried fried rice.  Have made it before and was very nice. I cooked the brown rice yesterday in TMX.
Also just saw a recipe from Alison Roman for frozen Yogurt.  Might try it.

Home made pizza tonight.  I found some frozen dough in the freezer, at least I think that is what it is as I forgot to label the packet. ???
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We’re having home made pizza tonight too.  I will make the dough about 4 as I let it rise only once, after I have rolled it out onto the trays.

Pork fillet schnitzel crumbed in crisp breads/parmesan with mashed cauli and broccoli.  I got 4 pieces from 1 pork fillet and cooked them all so that I don’t have to clean the stove top every time!

The curried fried rice I mentioned was an Adam Liaw recipe, not RTE as I said.  It is very good but I add mushrooms and Zucchini and change the process. It will become a regular.
I also made a spicy pumpkin soup from the Age Good Food that featured several interesting soups.
Tonight we are having Roast Pork and roast veggies. I made some custard in TMX.  Not sure what to do with it.
Judy, your meal looks very nice.  Mab, those little surprises from the freezer are often not what we think they are.

Judy, most goes to DD and neighbours.  The neighbour across the road grows beautiful seedlings and is very happy to have cooked goodies. We do a swap. DD is happy to have stuff that doesn’t need to be reheated but most of the baking I give to neighbours can go in the oven or toaster. I am worried about virus bugs.
GC have put in an order for the recent Coconut biscuits.

You’re like a soup kitchen Chookie and I know people would appreciate your generous food bundles.
