Don't know tonight was having leftover Gourmet Beef Casserole but DH didn't like it so hoping he might suggest chinese or something

what a shame you're chucking it (some uni student or poor person) would devour it  :'(

I had a uni student come over on the weekend to fix our computer and he said he would accept ANY food. Said there is absolutely no food he wouldn't eat. Good, I like non-fussy eaters. So I took out 3 dishes from the freezer and made him some Cornflake biccies. He was so happy, and keeps sending text messages saying how much he is enjoying the food. He actually did me a favour, cos now there is a bit of room to put some more freezer dishes  ;D

Last night we had the almond Chicken Curry from Dinner Spinner and tonight Cheddar Chicken sausage rolls.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
