I made this last night to accompany some roast rib pork today for visitors. It was quite runny so I thickened it with 4 heaped teaspoons of a Gravox sludge and as I wanted a smooth gravy, not chunky, I blitzed it at the end. We all enjoyed it for a change from ordinary gravy and I have frozen leftovers in small packs for future meals.
