Kimmy, don't think it is available in Australia. You could just add the 250 of both carrots and parsnips in the last 30 mins of cooking and reduce the onion to 1.

We are going out for Indian tonight, DH bought a Groupon deal online, so it will give us a chance to try another Indian restaurant apart from our favourites.

We ended up having a very late evening meal tonight, so it was baked beans on toast with an egg on the top. I really enjoyed it.

As simple as that is cookie it still sounds really yummy.

I had a BBQ tonight as my eldest son and his girlfriend come for a visit. I made a curried pasta salad, rice salad and some zucchini, corn and chickpea fritters to use up the chickpeas I put aside after collecting the Aquafaba. I love the fact that there was nothing wasted.

Your fritters look lovely Dede, we had omelettes tonight filled with mushrooms, cheese, red capsicum, red onion and a little spinach. Some asparagus on the side made a hearty meal.

Dede, love to use up all the bits and pieces. Those patties look lovely.
Katj, looks like you got plenty of veggies into those omelettes.

My planned meal didn't go ahead as I had forgotten to add an important ingredient to my shopping list and I wasn't going out to buy it. Instead we had roasted pumpkin pieces, chopped bacon, and pesto served with pasta. It's an old standby but we enjoy it.

Last night had Spaghetti Bol.
Tonight reheated Corned beef with Cauliflower from garden and steamed mixed veggies. Have some thick custard left over so may reheat in TMX and thin with a little milk and make a trifle.

We had potato steamed in the Varoma with some frozen peas. I had a piece of salmon in the freezer so I cooked and flaked that and added it, made some zoodles and added them and mixed it all together with a dressing of half mayonnaise and half Greek yoghurt. It was most enjoyable.
