What's for Dinner Tonight?

That's not good mich. Could the scales be out?
I finally made skinnymixers beef and Guinness pie filling. I added diced bacon at the end and cooked in casserole dish with a puff pastry lid. It's delicious and worth a try. http://skinnymixers.com.au/skinnymixers-beef-guinness-pie-filling/

That looks delicious Kim. I've hardly tried any of her recipes, although I have her books.
We had brown rice with zucchini, asparagus and onion cooked through. Some smoked salmon added and a spoonful of ketchup manis. It was lovely.

Cauliflower cheese soup http://www.simplyrecipes.com/recipes/cauliflower_cheddar_soup/

Only pureed slightly as I like chunky soups, it's delicious.

A large chicken breast butterflied, then filled with a little mozzarella, feta, sundried tomatoes and spinach. The top held back with toothpicks, browned, then baked in the oven. It was, lovely.  We had it with vegetables.

Kimmy, that Beef and Guinness pie looks delicious. I checked the recipe against the one in the UK TMX book and there are significant differences. The main ones being that the UK one has 250 g of both carrot and parsnip added and only 1 onion.

No cooking or cleaning for me tonight.  Going out with friends to an Indian restaurant that does masala dosa, which I love, so I know exactly what I am having for dinner tonight!
