I also like the 2 second salad and the Yummy Brown Rice salad as well.  I recently tried a roast potato salad with aioli and dukkah from the Revive 1 cookbook, it was lovely too.

I've just made 2 fruit jellies. A mango one and a raspberry one for the trifle. I will do some custard in a minute and cook potatoes and eggs for the potato salad. Then tomorrow I will do the meats and put together most of the salads.

Thanks for the recommendation of the roast potato salad Cuilidh. I must look it up.

Glad you are enjoying the 2 second salad. I often make it using different veggies. I am not a great salad maker, everyone else seems to make better salads than me.
Didn't make a Xmas cake as I found 1/2 a very booze one in the freezer from last year. I am the only one that eats it.
I cooked and shelled the last of our Broad Beans and will make a dip from some.

I've made Beef in Stout for Christmas Eve dinner, a loaf of bread and The 4Blades New York Cheesecake. That is cooling down before I pop it into the fridge.Never made it before but looks good.  ;D

An early start this morning trying to beat the heat.  I have made a trifle, chocolate ripple cake, prepared the cauliflower & sauce, tomato & onion casserole, a Caesar Potato Salad for tonight (it's DIL's birthday so we will be out there for dinner) and have a turkey roll in the bbq.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I cooked our piece of pork, made and cooked the chicken roll ( I stuffed it with pork, veal, cranberries and pistachios), made a fruit salad, trifle, brown rice salad, and potato salad. I'll do a  Greek salad, Caprese salad and a Beetroot, Fetta and spinach one before we eat.

Your food sounds delicious girls.  I only made a potato salad & coleslaw to eat over Christmas with the ham & turkey I purchased. Looking forward to my hot Christmas lunch at the nursing home though.

Hot as it was today I made two batches of Strawberry jam . The prep for the peanut soba coldslaw salad , made the dressing and cooked the soba noddles put them in a container and dressing in a jar . Just have to chop the cabbage extra tomorrow morning . I am going to put it in the oval thermomix server that I got on the sale the other day . Also put a roast beef on the Webber this morning to have cold for dinner tonight . Great idea as we went to the local pool for a swim to cool off , home then to Christmas church service . home for a few presents to wrap . Done for the night - nearly 😴

Everyone has been very busy and is so organised. I have been up since 0300hrs. Worked yesterday and was exhausted when I got home and had a very early night. Have made up the salads and finished off the trifle so all done here.  ;D
