Marina, good fun catering for fussy eaters. Makes us cooks try different things.  That said, when we eat at friends places , we always enjoy it regardless of what is served.

I am cooked ( and cleaned) out.  It's been fun but I am glad it's not too often. We had 16 for Christmas Day and 17 last night. Breaky  tomorrow to farewell my Son and daughter in law who are heading to Kalgoorlie to live, only 10 people. We are having my cheesy breaky bake. More visitors in the evening but will have a sausage sizzle with balsamic onions and keep it simple.  Chookies Swedish Icecream cheesecake was appreciated yet again.  My DD found a new potato salad recipe which was different and delicious.  You toss the cooked cubed Potatoes in a thinned pesto when hot and they absorb the flavour, I can ask her for the recipe if anyone is interested.

You must be cooked out Denise. You've had a house full for days.
The potato salad sounds yummy.

No wonder you need a breather Bedlam. Yes please to the potato salad.

That was a lot of people to have over Christmas Denise.  I didn't know you had a son, I thought you only had 2 daughters.  It sounds as if you have a much easier day planned.  After all that I hope you can take some time out for yourself.  Yes please to the potato salad too.

For years I have tried to make a ham pate/ paste to use up the leftover ham.
I think I have nailed it this time. Will post recipe.
