Went to yoga today , first time after knee operation. Really good but there is so much I cannot do . Positive is it was great to be getting some streaching . Feel so much better .

K Atie,  that is good.  As Judy says, small steps.
Our DIL Wendy is having a knee job done tomorrow.  She is allergic to pain killers.
I have been in the garden all morning. Pooped now.  I have planted Cucumber and Zuchinni seedlings. This afternoon will plant been and pumpkin seeds. I picked snow peas and baby Broard Beans and masses of Spinach.

Yes baby steps . So I went for a walk down the farm lane with stick incase the magpies swoop me . Thought I had not walked that far but soon turned around , in fact I stopped for awhile the headed home . Tomorrow i’ll try going early as it is ment to be warm . Quiet with no kids , DH out late with tractor service men , been here all day .

They are really beautiful Chookie.

This morning DH and I went out to where he is driving the bride on Saturday, just so that he could check the layout. It was all good. We then called on my brother for morning coffee.

DD had an exam today. I went shopping for food. The Aldi opened at my shopping centre today. So with about 15 shops in the entire centre there is a Coles, Woolworths and an Aldi.

I can almost smell those roses Chookie, beautiful.  We celebrated a friends twins turning one today. She has 3 bios (17,14,12) and 5 fosterlings 6,5 4 and the one year olds. She is amazing, mind 20 years my junior! The twins are her four year olds siblings.
Cookie we swapped my LC Torana for a monaro when I was expecting my first born. It was awful had fat tyres and a floppy sports steering wheel. I used to feel I had carried it on my back driving the bloody thing. Memories!!

Beautiful display of roses Chookie.
Travelled into London today. I met GS off his school bus as DD had a parent teacher meeting late afternoon. He’s now in bed after doing his homework, eating dinner and having a bath. We did read together before I switched off his light.

Bedlam, how does your friend do it. ?
We are off to Melbourne today.  Medical check up for Ral, dinner with DS and family.  Staying over night.
It was a frosty night.  Had to cover all the tomatoes.
