Thanks Julie, have moved it here to Cookbook Contents and will start a review thread when some reviews start coming in.
-
Thanks JulieO, saw it had beem released and was interested to see content.
-
Just purchased this ;D

Have just sent Tenina a pm to enquire about the amount of yeast in the scroll recipe. Seems a lot to me but I could be wrong. Will see what she says. :)
-
Julie, I agree, I was just looking at the lemon scrolls recipe, looks delicious.
I was also thinking of making the peanut butter chips but I don't have any cacao butter. Any ideas what to substitute, I don't have coconut oil either.
:)
-
I bought the two for deal as I hadn't bought the previous version. Will be interested to see how things go, everyone seems to review Tenina's recipes quite highly.
-
I knew this was almost here, but I didn't get a chance to buy it yesterday. I will when I get off here.
JulieO I was making Tenina's Potato Bread from her site and it had 2 tablespoons of yeast. I queried it and Tenina said it was correct. I had already made the bread using 2 teaspoons and was very happy with the result. I intend to make it again some time with 2 tablespoons to see what happens. I'm scared I will have bread everywhere. :D ;D
-
That was what I was worried about Cookie, I haven't seen that much in a recipe before ;D Will see what she says and if it's right I will remove my note on the index :)
Hally, not sure what you could substitute the cacao butter with and google wasn't much help for me. I will ring my health shop tomorrow to see if they have any (doubtful) otherwise I will be in Adelaide in 3 weeks (to get car serviced) and will try and find some not too far out of my way. Otherwise I will order some on line (before it gets too hot!)
Coconut oil is readily available in supermarkets now, I buy mine from Woolies. ;D
-
Hally you can find cacao butter in lots of iga supermarkets in perth.
-
Thanks ladies (Julie) for putting this thread up...you beat me as usual...
FRANTIC.

Tenina has been in touch and confirmed recipe should read as 2 tsp and not 2 tbsp. Have amended the index for anyone who looks there. :)

Thanks Jen, was wanting to make them so I could then make another recipe early this morning as I was at wet nose day at Shenotn Park. Will get some tomorrow and make up this week.
It looks great the new e-book:)
