I have a Classic Loaf rising and the starter getting ready to make a SD rye loaf. I also need to put something in the cake tin.
Our living area has 4 circular fluoro lights and would you believe 2 blew last week. DH couldn't buy the parts at Bunnings and bought one replacement on line. It arrived today so he has been mucking around with the power to put it up. Now he is finished I can get back to baking.

I'm making some Zucchini slices in the pie maker.  Also making mushroom sauce.

Made these for morning tea.  Puff pastry case, raspberry jam in bottom, bottled apple and coconut egg and a little sugar on top.

They look lovely.
I made a lovely biscuit from the Queen vanilla site yesterday. https://queen.com.au/recipes/peanut-butter-granola-cookies/

I left the chia out as DH doesn't like little crunchy things in his teeth.  ;D They are really nice. I got a lot more than 18 from mine.

Cookie, they look delicious.
I have been playing around with the SD starter.  Made potato cakes for the GC.  We were having fish for dinner so dipped fish in SD mix that I added white pepper and lemon rind to.  Another use for SD.
I also made Bread crumbs out of leftover SD bread.

Made FODMAP chicken veggie soup.  Quite nice and filling.  Just carrots, celery ,green beans, chicken and stock.  Enough for a couple of lunches.
Also made Ral a Laucke Seed loaf in the Bread Machine.
Out most of today so no cooking.   Leftovers.
