Kt2 it is definitely Thai prawn in zucchini cups in the ebook - cant see why you couldn't substitute 150g of cooked chicken if you prefer.

Can anyone please clarify for me in the ebook if its Thai Chicken in zucchini cups or Thai Prawns in zucchini cups  ???
I've seen on Tenina's Pinterest that it says chicken but on the index here it says prawns.
If it is prawns, can I substitute for chicken? I'm allergic to prawns.
Thanks!  :)

YIKES kt2, you had me scared for a mo…you are totally right, it is prawns in the recipe, but you can certainly use chicken fillet in the same way. Glad you picked that up, off to fix Pinterest!! hahaha

Hi cuilihh
I haven't seen these recipes yet (just about to buy the book) but in most recipes that contain dairy you can easily substitute Nuttelex for butter, soy or nut milks for milk and soy or tofu "not cream cheese" for cream or sour cream. The taste and texture remains very similar. The only thing difficult to substitute is hard cheeses like Parmesan or Cheddar or Feta etc.
These substitutes work in Tenina's other recipes.
I hope this makes more of these recipes available to you.

Thanks for that…I use coconut cream or milk as a replacement for a lot of dairy…so hoping you can do that as well. It almost works in  the same manner.

Enjoy! :D

Thank you both, I have just started using Nuttelex, still need to expand into other substitutes for cream, etc.  Looking forward to giving them a go.
