It’s certainly great news Chookie and Marina, getting out to wherever you want to go again will be great.  I just want our border to open to Victorians now.

Yes, we are both looking forward to getting away from the city and facing the uproar up in Guildford!

Judy, I bet you and your family are counting the minutes until they can get over to be with you.  It's such a relief to know we can start traveling freely once again.

Think there is relief that the ring of steel has gone . Just Hesitant to go yet . Very very warm but crisp morning.

It is cool here and been raining heavily. Storms are forecast for later today and tomorrow.

It's been a warm day here 29*.  So glad the ring of steel has been lifted, family are coming on Sunday for a visit.

Have fun with your families on Sunday ladies. You may wonder what all the noise is Chookie.

OMG, I could hear the baby Magpie begging for food. Don’t know why I didn’t get hearing aids sooner. I can adjust the sound on the iPhone through an App or through an Apple program.  I can hear the TV without headphones and talk and hear the phone . I can tune RAL out ( haven’t told him)
We went out to celebrate.  Haven’t been to a Restaurant in 8 months.  Went to Spanish Restaurant , Meigas , in Ballarat. Was really weird. Only 4 tables where there were previously 12 or 15.  We were given a time slot of 1 1/2 hours, which was plenty.

Gosh you got used to your new hearing aid really quickly Chookie, that’s great. Poor Ral, he will think you’ve wasted your money if you can’t hear him LOL.  So nice for everyone to be able to go out now, still with restrictions but it works if you plan ahead and book.  Enjoy your new freedom to come and go as you please.

My DS gave me 2 Rose bushes for my birthday last year.

Gorgeous roses, Chookie, I can almost smell them from here.

I didn't have a silver lining today ... I had a gold lining ... I finally got in to my hairdresser to get may hair cut (and, no, Cookie, he didn't need the lawn mower!)

Ha ha Marina, my SIL and DD drove all the way to Ballarat for his hair cut yesterday as that’s the only place he will have it done. I can’t imagine how long it would have been. They had a great day out as they did the rounds of op shops and a bulk discount food place.
