It must be fun shopping for your DD maddy, remember when we were her age - well I barely can but you shouldn't have much trouble LOL

Great clothes Maddy. I've noticed a lot more of the quirky handmade type clothes coming back now.

Yes BZB, all in one very long day shopping - it's been so long since I've been free to wander and not have to watch the time and I must admit I surprised myself that I lasted that long.  I thought I'd get bored long before darkness descended and shops started closing their doors :-))

...that she is Gert  :D
She does revolt against what is deemed fashionable for the minute...and does it her way.
Actually, I'm quite pleased that she does  8) but I still find myself saying "Really?"......"No, Really??"  LOL.

My willpower to resist a sale at the kitchen store weakened me. I couldn't resist a 30% off sale on a bike I had been looking at earlier in the year.

 :o :-)) :-)) Den.
We all have our weaknesses!

I was bowled over at one of the large supermarkets that I don't like to frequent too often. I had to ask a staff member to confirm a price for me as I couldn't believe my eyes- a kilo of pears for $0.88. The farmer must have had to pay the supermarket to take them away as the packaging and handling costs  must have been 88c alone.  How can the pear growers make a living?
