Baked Quince Icecream:
Number of People:
Ingredients:
Baked quinces or any baked fruit as per this recipe.
cream I used 1 cup
greek yoghurt
Preparation:
Puree the baked quinces.
Add the cream and mix until thick.
Taste and if too sweet add yoghurt to get the required sweetness.

Photos:

Tips/Hints:
I made this as we had so many leftovers that we couldn't eat the quinces. It is so nice I plan to make some more. You can just see specks of the quince in the icecream.

This sounds wonderful, Cookie!!  Did you use an icecream maker or just freeze it and give the occasional stir?  Thank you very much for this one!! :D

Great way to use up excess fruit Cookie - ask for that  flavour at your local ice-cream shop

I used the icecream machine goldfish. It is a very rich sweet taste but you want to go back for more. I found that with all the marsala it doesn't set very hard at all.
