Obbie, they might be worth a try. My kids are devouring these and deep fried wontons at the moment but I started out by just putting in mince chicken with a small amount of finely minced cabbage and spring onion but now add garlic, ginger, soy sauce and even chilli and mushrooms sometimes. My son who is the fussy eater in our family lives them and they are great to have on stand by in the freezer.

Made the bbq pork ones today. Great easy to follow recipe that tastes lovely. Mine don't look as good as yours INAID, but I will definitely be making them again. Thanks for a great recipe.

I'm going to grow some lemongrass in the garden cos it's too expensive to buy just one piece st a time

I agree CP. I've bought one of those squeeze tubes. As much as I hate them, much cheaper than fresh lemongrass. One recipe I make regularly uses 3 pieces 😳

Oh that's great. I should make more. They are delicious! Ps I freeze my lemon grass. :)
