2 lots of cornflake biscuits....1st mix went in the bin (had a chopped up MC in it), 2nd lot for the cookie jar.

Made a double batch of chicken, bacon & cheddar sausage rolls. It made 7 dozen little rolls and 2 big pasties. Will put some in the fridge for ourselves and take the rest to DD on Saturday for her Intimo party.
Intimo!!!! Did you say Intimo'? I love Intimo. The only label that makes underpants for fat asses.

Dinner tonight: Chicken Drums with Roast potato and Kumara, steamed broc (TM), curried corn and carrot dish (TM), and Garlic Bread (TM). Oh and gravy of course. Just a very basic one as usual here!!! 
Can someone please point me in the right direction for the curried corn & carrot dish. I have done a search but can't find it. Thanks.

I have the WW Chinese Cooking Class book with the red cover. Had it for years. There are some nice simple recipes in it.

I used my PC a lot when the kids were little but haven't had it out of the cupboard for about 20 years now. I have looked at it several times lately since everyone has been talking about them but I have to admit I am a bit scared of getting it out now and having a go. I must look through my books to see if I still have the instructions.

DS is coming home for a birthday dinner today so we will be having his favourite, roast beef with roast veg peas and gravy. Home made blackberry pie for dessert. We picked the berries earlier this year and froze them.
