Made Bread today
« on: January 14, 2011, 11:14:46 am »
Hi all,
I decided to make a loaf of bread today for my 5th recipe with my new TM. I followed the recipe in the EDC but used half white and half wholemeal bread flour and also I kneaded the dough 3 times and allowed to rise in-between each knead for 20 minutes. The bread came out beautiful. Yum Yum. 5 recipes and all spot on. I am making sweet and sour pork meat balls tomorrow for dinner.

Loving my TM (How did I survive without it before now?)

Excellent news! No flops yet. Don't be too upset when it does happen, though... ;D
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Had a flop today with mayonnaise. As I know other people have too. I am going to do some reading up on it before attempting again. Oh well. I did make choc chip cookies and converted my own recipe for it. And we had sweet and sour meat balls tonight which were really yum. And so easy. I'm Definitly loving my TM at the moment.
