I was just spending a couple of minutes catching up on my BBC Good Food newsletters and saw this. They are not TMX recipes but if you are stuck for ideas it may help you.

Thought I'd bump this one up.

I'm planning to do a chocolate truffle hamper, using the mini cupcake cases I've fund at woolworths.

The selection will be: Hokey Pokey, Cherry Ripe, Peppermint and oreo cheesecake decorated as christmas puddings.

I'll grab the one for hokey pokey and post it, it was in the Chrissy Better homes and gardens magazine

Tonight I am wrapping my Christmas hampers which are being handed out to several friends on Saturday when they come here for a meal.  This year it includes -

Madras Curry Powder
Worcestershire Sauce
Pate (not in the basket, will be handed out separately)
Flatbreads
Rocky Road
Chocolate Fudge
Walnut & Prune Log (pastilla from In the Mix)
Almond meal biscuits
Cherry bites

That is gorgeous Judy. 
I'm taking a day off from working on things for my own gift baskets.

Today I'm making a monster batch of sturdy peanut butter cookies - if I keep the size consistent using a disher it should make 200 cookies.   These cookies do not break apart in shipping, an important feature.
I'll be taking them to a cookie "pack and ship" gathering where they will go into goodie boxes going to military men and women from the Antelope Valley that are serving overseas. 
I will do a little packing but as I can't stand for hours, my participation will be less active than many of the folks who volunteer.

I bought some "new crop" raw peanuts from Georgia, roasted them and made the peanut butter myself (in the TMX) so it has lots of flavor.

 Is the   Walnut & Fig Roll on the forum i had a quick look, i could not find it.


andi if you have time can you please post the recipe for  sturdy peanut butter cookies would like to send some to my DD in Sweden
and can i ask you if you have a recipes that i could use in a cookie press + any tips you on using them
