We like her fruit cake too Marina.

This morning I made a rhubarb & apple pie for our DIL, a apple & raspberry tart with the left over pastry for us and some spring rolls that we had for dinner.

Yum, mab, they look amazing. I love rhubarb but am on my own with that in our household.

I cooked my rye SD today. I also made some RTE Byron Bay macadamia cookies. https://www.recipetineats.com/white-chocolate-macadamia-nut-cookies/
We’ve had them before and love them. I also made some power balls from Diabetic Living.

Yesterday I made a 3 ingredient fruit cake. It has 1kg mixed fruit, juice or tea and then 2 cups SR flour.

Today is a Classic Loaf to take away. Some of Jamberie’s pizza dough, divided into 55g pieces, DH makes flat bread from these for his lunch, corned beef for our sandwiches while away and some Apple Cinnamon little balls. Oops, some of RTE  Byron Bay choc chips cookies as all the macadamia ones from yesterday are nearly gone!

Cookie, so nice to have another mini holiday.  Sounds  idyllic.
I think that Pizza base recipe is the one I use.  I made 9 small pizzas the other day.  Cut them to fit the AF.  Very successful. Will certainly do this in future.
Today, stuffed some green Capsicums with ratatouille mixed with cooked brown rice. Topped with cheese . Cooked in microwave.  Very good

Cleaned out freezer.  Not too many mysterious packages.
Veal stroganoff for dinner. Bol sauce for later in the week.

We had last night’s leftovers tonight. We ate all the little balls. It only made 10.  I will do some more when we get back.
