Using a bottle of Beerenberg sauce I bought on a trip to Hahndorf many moons ago I’ve made Miso Maple pork with Udon noodles and there’s a SC pea and ham soup using a ham hock and bacon bones on the go.

Judy, good weather for soup.
The harvest from gardening yesterday was several small fennel bulbs.  Also baby gem lettuce and parsley.  I made a lovely salad with the addition of some apple.
Made multi grain loaf in bread machine.

That looks delicious Judy. I made some biscuits yesterday. The recipe called for butterscotch buttons. I thought I had some but they were peanut butter. I ended up using those and popping some peanuts in as well. Everyone (including the budgie) liked them.

A meal that keeps on keeping on Chookie, I like that.

I made stir fried zucchini and carrot  https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17410.msg423412#msg423412  then turned it into a sauce for pasta by adding chicken stock and cream. With the remaining zucchinis I made a batch of zucchini soup https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=2086.msg444932#msg444932

Thanks Chookie. I agree with you re zucchinis being versatile, Mum used to just boil hers and I hated them as they’re tasteless really unless you do something special with them.  They can be hit and miss depending on where you buy them from, some don’t last long in the fridge at all but the large pack I bought from Costco were the best I’ve seen in a while.  Home grown are great but I’m not lucky enough to have access to those.

Only dinner being cooked here today. I’m watching my footy team being soundly beaten again. Judy your team have done well, you must be feeling very happy about that.

Thanks Margaret. If only you could post photos of your cooking, they always sound interesting.

We’re hanging in there cookie, too many come from behind wins lately for my liking (and heart) lately though.

I’ve been making small pizzas for lunch. I make 1/2 the base recipe and it makes 4 small bases. I load them with veggies and yesterday seafood. The base recipe is from the Forum and is fantastic as it can be used immediately and keeps for a couple of days in the fridge.
Yesterday I made Anchovy butter. It is 1/2 tuna, a couple of Anchovies and butter. A Robo Gourmet recipe. This app isn’t working. A shame as it has some simple TMX recipes.
Chicken fir fry with veggies from the garden.
Pea and ham soup in SC. I make it with a ham hock, Italian soup mix and lots of veggies.
