Cookie, I love that way of making rolls. It is so easy but looks spectacular.
No cooking today, eating leftovers.

It sure is Chookie. I think I will make some cinnamon ones.
This morning I have made some choc chip, sultana and almond dough. It is supposed to be made into long buns. I may do something different when it has risen.

One of our neighbours has asked for the recipe for Nay Nays scones. I’ll make some scones to go with the recipe. RAL has eaten all his yo yos so better cook him some  more.  Will try something different.

Made the quick chicken and corn soup on the packet of Chicken Noodle soup mix for lunch, added some cooked chicken pieces I had in the freezer.

A great idea Judy. I made some cherry jam today. I had some frozen cherries in the freezer.

Looks good Judy. I also had chicken soup for lunch.
DD going camping. Asked if I would make some food. Made Minestrone, bread rolls and coconut jam slice.
Trying new recipe for a cheese and veggie tart.

Made up a spinach cheese pie. Non vegetarian RAL said it was nice. Chicken bake using up peanut sate sauce and leftover onion and capsicum.

Great photos of your cooking ladies. Chookie you’re cooking up a storm there. How was the yoghurt dough cookie, I agree with marina - an interesting recipe.

It seemed a bit tough compared to short crust pastry Judy, but we all liked it. Good without the fat.

I hope to make some biscuits some time today. If the footy is bad I will do it while sort of watching.
