I made this today in my TM31, it was a big effort, but it seemed to do fine. They are absolutely delicious and I will certainly make them again. Next time I will add some finely diced or grated apple with the sultanas. No pic as they looked much like Chookies

I made a batch of these today. Only made a half quantity as per chookies comment and still managed to get 10 buns from this amount They are really delicious and the kitchen smelled like a proper bakery
