« on: May 13, 2013, 12:12:42 pm »
If you made Greek yoghurt, and run out of ways to use the Whey, I use it to make
Bread, and Pizza Base also when making Muesli, and the latest success was in Cupcakes. Any other suggestions anyone,  Bugsie

I use it as a replacement for milk in baking and to soak flours in recipes or to soak beans etc overnight.

I use it similar to you Bugsie. It is great in muffins too. I like buttermilk in muffins as well.
