Glad you could get in earlier and get it over and done with cookie, not a good place to have something cut out. Hope it heals quickly or at least that eye stops crying.

So many people involved in solving your a/c problem Chookie, it will all fall into place no doubt.
Really appreciating the lovely cool change which came our way yesterday afternoon, got out into the garden and did a load of jobs whilst my motor mechanic was servicing my car today. Yesterday I had the bore man come to solve a problem for me.

They looked perfect at the time Marina, fruit is never ripe when you buy it so it would have taken a week or so before their customers realised they were not edible. I’m sure they removed them as soon as the complaints started coming in.

It’s great that your kids are so helpful K Atie, city kids wouldn’t have a bar of those hours. Do they plan to take over from you and DH in the future or will they follow their own dreams?

Answering for cookie Marina as she told me yesterday what BCC meant - Basal Cell Carcinoma.

Thanks Marina, I’ll try one then. Last year I bought a box of white peaches from Costco and they were terrible so I rang them and they confirmed my opinion of them. Many had already been given a refund, I was so glad it wasn’t just me. I wouldn’t have worried for just a couple but 12 big ones were pretty costly and they needed to know how bad they were.

The getaway to Port Fairy sounds nice K Atie, recharging your batteries is a good idea. I feel for the workers doing such long hours, they must be dead tired at the end of their day.

Home grown F & V deliveries, how lucky are you Chookie. I love fruit but I find store bought stone fruit just does not cut it, bananas and mangoes the only fruit which is sweet enough for me. I love the connection between you and the children, it’s good for all of you.

What a disappointment Chookie, I hope you can get the new system installed quickly.

Is this your first air fryer Marina? The reviews are always interesting to read and for the price I would have expected this one to have a lot more positive comments. I’m still using my Phillips which a lot of forum members bought around the same time, nowhere as much as I used to of course but if it eventually goes I’ll just be buying a cheap one from somewhere. However my motto these days is, if you want something then just buy it.

Well done into your investigations Chookie, you always find time to fit extra jobs into your busy life. Those blinds are perfect for what you need, once the sun has passed over you can open them up so that Ral can watch the activities over the road more clearly. I had them installed years ago (mine are only manual) to cut down on jobs, no curtains to wash anymore. They’re great privacy screens too, you can see out but no-one can see in.

Good for you Chookie, we can choose to follow our doctor’s advice or not but you always seem to do the right thing.
