To a wine bar with DD ! Kingfish crudo ( raw fish ) shaved fennel the most beautiful green olive oil. Heirloom tomatoes whipped ricotta anchovy dried olive and a herb. Delicious with a touch of rain for atmosphere!!

Off to Christmas celebrations , delayed Christmas family lunch just a BBQue . Also my Christmas plum pudding ice cream .

Chopping and preparing lots of vegetables for salads and onions sliced in a food processor. All for another event . This afternoon we will set up .

Book club lunch afternoon . So cold in the morning but turned out a very warm sunny afternoon.

Chicken mini sausages with potatoes zucchini and carrot salad . Dessert was a shared fig cruffin , very rich .

Oh Cookie how hot was it ! DS and I to Dentist. Done , lots of little jobs . Picked up DD from work then out to dinner . Awake a lot during the night! Have a skin specialist today for a procedure to my nose ! Not looking forward to it at all . Out fir early breakfast DS DD and I . Nose done that was not pleasant, glad this part is over . Told to go home sit down read a book watch Netflix and for my DS to cook dinner . Well we picked up DD got done lunch got for later . Then DS drove had a few stops food , jeans for DS and parts for machinery. We drove past the fire areas and boy it’s just overwhelming how intense it must have been and so so many homes gone sheds , a whole ute burnt , headers machinery hay balers shells of them left . Rest now .

Out to dinner with DD DS ! Pan fried crispy skin barramundi with pickled zucchini and cauliflower purée, DS had lamb rump with a red pepper sauce , very tender . Fish was so moist and tasty . Pickled zucchini was yum .

Up early to help with catering for 540 motor bikers ! Oh my gosh thankful it was only a sandwich and a piece of slice . I also worked one of 4 coffee stations . Well the faces when we said run out of hot water and milk there will be a short wait !! All good sorted . That was amazing to see that many motor bikes ! My question was how do you find your bike ! Lots of laughter . Very well organised, totally had to be in line and leave with precision flag people. Now to doing the chores and feeding my boys .

Mushroom toasty sounds delicious. Made beef ragu ,slow cooked in TM6 41/2 hours . Served with fettuccine pasta , DS request. It was great .

Totally agree with you Chookie . DS was here and thought he might have been able to help . Unfortunately if it’s the new modem not compatible, no way is DH spending another hour and a half on the phone to Telstra . I thought it was a bonus to get it , DS said we could have the two going but I’m sure that will interfere with all devices. I took the TM5 up next to modem and it still didn’t connect.

We got a new modem today !! Now my TM5 will not connect to internet ! Not sure what to do , DS was putting in the new modem tried to connect it . TM6 works fine . I know not to do a factory reset that never works with all that over the years I’ve read - well I don’t think that has anything to do with it , I could be wrong.
