This will be great for lunch boxes.
Here's what I found today only two ingredients http://www.theburlapbag.com/2012/07/2-ingredient-cookies-plus-the-mix-ins-of-your-choice/
However I used
1 CUP porridge oats, slightly pulverised in *: with some added oat bran.
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp chia seeds, soaked in 4 tsp water
Handful desisted coconut,
Handful flaked almonds
Handful dried blueberries.
( small handfuls)
2 bananas
Mixed pulverised oats, cinnamon and 2 bananas in *: speed 3 until mixed, and added in extra ingredients on :-: ^^
Teaspoonful dropped on to trays. One whole unbleached almond on each one. Flattened with bottom of a mug (bit sticky)
Baked 160' fan until done. Made about 21.
Turned over to crisp the bottoms.
Consistency different to normal cookies, but very yummy and guilt free.
Try your own varieties, dried fruits, peanut butter, choc chips, grated carrot, grated apple.
I think applesauce works if you don't like/have banana.
There are lots of comments on the webpage I've linked.
Happy baking!

Looks a good recipe DJ but how many bananas did you use? Can't see them in the ingredients.

Interesting to read all the comments on that link DJ, a few people asked why the bananas had to be frozen but I was right down the bottom of the page before someone actually answered her. That question would have been answered in a jiffy on here LOL.
