Thanks for the link Judy. Does look nice. We are having soup most days for lunch. Good way to get the needed veggies.
Making overnight SD bread sticks. Will freeze as we are having visitors next week.

Judy, I have made that soup and thought it was quite nice.
I have some chocolate chip cookies just out of the oven. They smell delicious. The recipe is from RTE.

Maybe we should start a RTE post where we can list what we have tried and comment. Possibly even put in the link. A lot of us make her recipes.

I’ve made a lot of RTE recipes, her mother’s Japanese ones also. What I like about them is that they are well tested, Australian, have gram measurements and calorie count.
Another blog worth looking at is woks of life. . American/ Chinese.
Yesterday made 3 SD bread sticks. Did a double rise. Excellent.
FODMAP Cacciatore Chicken in SC. Very nice. Used home grown Celeriac. Today I am going to make some Korean BBQ sauce.

Yesterday's Triple Choc Chip Biscuits from RTE.
Today I am trying out a recipe for Vegan chickpea tikka masala for my GD. Sent DH down to the shops to get some tikka curry paste, he came home with a jar of tikka masala sauce
It has now become a vegan vegetable curry with a tin of white beans in place of chickpeas as GD doesn't like chick peas. II think it will do., Also made some veg soup for lunch.

I make a recipe that sounds like that Mab. It’s delicious.
Judy I will do a post for RTE. Possibly tomorrow as I’m watching my team playing footy tonight.
I made a slice today that had apple and blueberries in. DH said it needs more sugar! It only had a tiny bit in it.

Mab, choc biscuits look nice.
Cookie, best with very little sugar. Ral would agree with your DH.
SD bread rolls.
I have made lots of GF bread. None of it is nice. In fact I hate it. Can tolerate SD so making lots and freezing it.

At least you are able to tolerate the SD Chookie. I love my bread.
I wanted to make something bready or SD today. It took me ages to find something. I selected a Polish bread from Cookidoo. I don't agree with bits of the recipe but I will see how it goes. We have plenty of bread and fruit loaves so it had to be something different.

The bread I made from Cookidoo looked lovely when it was cooked. It lacks taste though and is fairly bland and DH said when he toasted some this morning it fell to bits.

Cookie, it is nice to try something new but disappointing when it it not nice. Your loaf looks lovely. The gluten free bread alternatives are awful. They leave a dry pasty taste . I feel so sorry for people who have to eat them. SD is an option for some but the real deal is expensive to buy. Not many people have the opportunity to make their own.
Yesterday I made chicken stock . Last night used stock and wontons for a light dinner.
Trying a new recipe . A tray bake of Chicken and eggplant.
