Thank you, but the design idea was from Bakerella  ;)
When I first spotted these, I was hell bent on getting the clear silicone cupcake moulds (to replicate the frosted glass).  Ended up getting them from Amazon U.S.  :P
If you do make them, fill the cupcake cases only to 1/2 full.....so there is room left for the ganache layer.
Pile on the "cream" using the wilton 2D piping tip.
The thermomix vanilla frosting will easily cover 30-35 of these.

Maddy, taking orders ?  What beautiful cup cakes.

*sighs*......one day perhaps, when I win enough money to open a cute  little cupcake store  ;)......will keep dreaming  :)

Love the cupcakes Maddy.  Surely you wouldn't 'give away' the silicone cups with the cake or are they cheap enough to do so?  ???

Banana bread, Jo's lentil bolognaise and rice to take to a potluck lunch tomorrow. Found some cheapish bananas at last. Yay!

Thanks CreamPuff, I'll have a look at those today and start creating! I'm really happy that my husband is excited too! He even ate the hummus which he never usually eats!
