Recipe Review: Chocolate Pudding Surprise FSA page 176
« on: January 11, 2014, 07:08:05 pm »
I made these tonight, they are delicious.Light, fluffy and chocolaty.
I did some things different to the recipe:
Didn't have cherry pralines so used chocolate covered macadamia nuts instead.
Didn't have vanilla sugar,so substituted  a tablespoon of sugar with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
I whipped my eggs whites in a bowl with a hand mixer.
Followed the cooking instructions and they cooked perfectly.Excellent recipe if you are looking for a gluten free dessert.

We haven't had dinner yet ( I haven't cooked it) so they look extra enticing CC. I could have one as an entree.

Auction it off between your 2 men CC, I'm surprised neither of them went back for seconds.
