Title: Any tips on converting my favourite fudge recipe to TM?

So here is a link to my favourite fudge recipe:

I make it all the time in a saucepan on the stove and it never fails. I had a go at making it in the TM the other day but couldn't work out what temps to use and it didn't set. Tried again the next day on the stove. Perfect as always.

Any suggestions?

I'm sure she will the ingredients are very similar to the ones she uses in her awesome fudge.
