Made two of the Chocolate Fudge cakes, a whole lot of savoury pastry pieces, some TMX stock, some Orange muffins, put some tomatoes in the dehydrator, and hope to cook up the rest of the tomatoes into a tomato sauce.

Had a fridge tidy up today and made the vegie stock concentrate, Chookie's cream of celery soup and then a pineapple/marshmallow tart.  It's great when you can turn some sad looking vegies into something useful.

I've made some of farfallina's Daisy rolls, CP 63 Turkish apple rolls, arabiatta sauce and we're having ricotta gnocchi for dinner.

Those 'Persian Power Bars' of Tenina's are soooo yummy!!!  Anyone else made them?  (Won a second at the show with them, but in our house they're definitely a first!!)

Not much TMX cooking lately.  Been out to seminars, cooking classes, made big pots of soups/casseroles and froze lots and have been living out of previously made food in the freezer.

A few little bits and pieces, including confited salmon done in the Varoma, chocolate desserts for MrsT, quick soups, need to find more hours in the day.

Wait until you retire Thermomixer. 24 hours is just not enough in one day.

I'm all excited as now I have 2 bowls. Dear, kind Kathryn and I met today and she had my second bowl for me. I am over the moon as there is a second basket and butterfly as well. The lid goes on so well too. My older one must be really misshapen. I'll have to hide the new one from everyone except me.
Now to make things I can use 2 bowls for.

Too true about retirement Cookie  :D :D  So pleased to hear you have bought yourself another bowl and yes, hide it for sure. Somehow I think they would both know you have it though, your excitement would give something away. Happy cooking.

I made quick beanie mix from Jude Blereau's book wholefood for the family, I have posted it under vegetarian dishes.  I wanted to make it as per her book and when I got out the carrot, celery etc and I had to finely dice I thought no it can all go in Thelma and I just followed my own instincts from there. :o  Tasty dish only tried a sample as I wanted it in the freezer for a later time.

I also tried out the chicken kiev which was a hit, we had savoury toasts over the weekend, I think that's megan jane's recipe.  I have started to work through the soups we have in the freezer as it has been cold, cold here.  (albany wa)

Tonight I made wonton soup. Changed the recipe I found a bit to this one http://thermomixmeals.blogspot.com/2010/07/tuesday-13th-july.html It was so lovely.
Last night I made the stroganoff and that was the best too.
I am soooo loving my Thermomix at the moment.

That Wonton Soup sounds wonderful!

Lately, I've made bread, choc chip bickies, ILB's Chocolate Bimby Cake and Chocolate Buttercream Frosting, Otange Muffins, Cookie's Leek, Bacon & Tomato Risotto with added mushrooms and mizuna form my garden (yummo), Cauliflower & Bacon Soup.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.
